La convocatoria se hará conjuntamente por el Jefe del organismo al cual pertenezcan los empleos por proveer y el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, o por aquellos funcionarios a quienes se delegue esta función. La convocatoria se hará con no menos de quince (15) días calendario de anticipación a la fecha señalada para la realización del concurso, término que podrá prorrogarse cuando las conveniencias así lo aconsejen.
