El Habilitado o Tesorero tendrá a su cargo todo lo relativo a la contabilidad, llevando los libros con escrupulosidad i esmero, formando, para que sean visadas por el Jefe i mandadas cubrir por el Secretario del Tesoro, las libranzas que corresponden a los inválidos segun su clase, i las cuentas que, para los otros gastos, demande el establecimiento.
