Las Asociaciones Mutualistas De Ahorro Y Préstamo Serán Administradas Por Una Junta Directiva Elegida En Asamblea De Depositantes, Integrada Por No Menos De Cinco (5) Ni Mas Nueve (9) Directores Con Sus Respectivos Suplentes De Ahorros En La Asociación Correspondiente

º. Las Asociaciones Mutualistas de Ahorro y Préstamo serán administradas por una Junta Directiva elegida en Asamblea de Depositantes, integrada por no menos de cinco (5) ni mas nueve (9) directores con sus respectivos suplentes de ahorros en la Asociación correspondiente.

Parágrafo 1

La Junta Directiva será elegida mediante el sistema de cuociente electoral y los poderes de representación que se otorguen a un depositante estarán limitados al diez por ciento (10%) del total de los mismos.

Parágrafo 2

Para ser elegido miembro de la Junta Directiva se requiere ser ahorrador en la Asociación, con una permanencia en el ahorro no inferior a seis (6) meses con relación a la fecha en que se realice la Asamblea.
