De la Diplomacia Cultural. La diplomacia cultural es una herramienta para contribuir al logro de los objetivos de política exterior del Estado colombiano, a través de la realización de acciones, actividades, programas y proyectos especiales en cultura, educación y deporte, dirigidos a público extranjero, para visibilizar y reconocer la diversidad cultural colombiana y transmitir mensajes claves y prioritarios de política exterior para los socios bilaterales y multilaterales.
