Articulo segundo . Con cargo a la suma estipulada en el artículo anterior se podrán abrir, utilizar y financiar cartas de crédito con un interés máximo de tres octavos por ciento (3/8%) anual sobre la tasa interbancaria de Londres para depósitos en dólares a seis (6) meses y comisiones y gastos propios de esta clase de operaciones.
