Art 356. Las mercancías estranjeras que se introduzcan por los puertos de Buenaventura i Tumaco en el Pacífico, así como los buques que toquen en ellos, estarán sujetos al pago de derechos i demas formalidades exijidas en los otros puertos habilitados de la República.
