La nomenclatura y clasificación de los empleos del Fondo Adaptación se determina por el Nivel jerárquico, la Denominación del empleo y el Grado de remuneración. La Denominación del empleo es la identificación del cargo, en razón de las funciones esenciales, atribuciones y responsabilidades. El Grado de remuneración indica la asignación básica mensual del empleo dentro de una escala salarial progresiva según la complejidad y responsabilidad inherente al ejercicio de las funciones.
