Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2º del Decreto 2131 de 2003, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 1

En el caso de las personas desplazadas, afiliadas al régimen contributivo y subsidiado del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud y de los afiliados a un régimen de excepción, este requisito será necesario solo cuando se requieran servicios distintos a la atención inicial de urgencias, a través de una red diferente a la contratada por la respectiva Entidad Promotora de Salud, Administradora del Régimen Subsidiado o por la entidad administradora del régimen de excepción".
