Desde la sanción de la presente Ley el Tesoro Nacional pagará a los bisnietos de General Francisco de Paula Santander una pensión vitalicia de doscientos pesos mensuales ($ 200.00) Para gozar de dicha pensión se requiere que el beneficiado carezca de renta o de sueldo mayor de mil pesos anuales.
