Normas de Etica. El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores expedirá las normas de Etica aplicables a todos los funcionarios del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Estas normas se expedirán en desarrollo del principio de moralidad y deberán establecer el conjunto de reglas, actividades y procedimientos, que permitan la aplicación de conductas deseables, para ser compartidas por quienes integren en cualquier tiempo la comunidad laboral del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, a fin de construir una sana convivencia laboral.
