DE LA VIGENCIA.El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el DIARIO OFICIAL, se aplicará en los procesos disciplinarios que se inicien a partir de dicha fecha y deroga las disposiciones pertinentes que sobre a materia contiene el Decreto Reglamentario 1950 de 1973, el Decreto 2492 de 1975 y demás normas reglamentarias que le sean contrarias.
