Reparación integral. Las víctimas a las que se refiere el artículo 3° del presente Decreto, tienen derecho a ser reparadas integralmente de manera adecuada, transformadora, diferenciada y efectiva por el daño que han sufrido como consecuencia de los hechos victimizantes.
