No se permitirá exhibición de ninguna representación o espectáculo público sin que se presente la petición por escrito al empleado que debe conceder la licencia en memorial que lleve adheridas estampillas de sanidad por valor de veinticinco centavos, las que serán anuladas por el Secretario del empleado a quien se dirija el pedimento. Las peticiones pueden referirse a una o varias funciones.
