Concédese un auxilio de quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) por kilómetro a los ferrocarriles que construyan, en sus respectivos territorios, los Departamentos del Tolima y del Huila, a saber: en el Departamento del Tolima, el que partiendo de la ciudad de Ambalema termina en Ibagué; y en el mismo Departamento, y en el del Huila, el ferrocarril a que se refiere la Ley 30 de 1914 .
