Se entiende por equipo de intendencia para efectos de la presente Ley la dotación consiste en: catres, colchones, armarios, implementos deportivos y de recreación diferentes a los enunciados en el artículo 88, para uso dentro del establecimiento y con carácter devolutivo, los cuales serán suministrados por la Dirección General de Prisiones.
