Cuando el título de posgrado sea otorgado por una institución de educación superior domiciliada en Colombia, tan sólo se podrán aplicar las equivalencias consagradas en esta ley, cuando el programa de educación superior cuente con el correspondiente registro calificado, conforme a la normatividad actualmente vigente o aquella que la modifique, sustituya o derogue.
