Art. 1°. Declárense de curso forzoso, en todas las Oficinas públicas y particulares, y en toda clase de transacciones, los billetes de cincuenta pesos ($ 50), editados en la Litografía del Sr. Otto Schroeder, cualesquiera que sean las circunstancias relativas a la numeración, sello y resello de que hayan podido tratar resoluciones del Gobierno anteriores al presente Decreto.
