El personal militar o de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo que integre un Consejo de Guerra o que intervenga en el mismo, debe vestir uniforme número 3. Los demás integrantes y participantes usarán traje de calle. Para la instalación del Consejo de Guerra y la lectura de la sentencia los militares y policías en servicio activo, integrantes del mismo, concurrirán llevando sable o espada.
