El Capellán llevará un libro en el cual debe anotar, respecto de cada condenado detenido, todo cuanto se refiera a su conducta y que ponga de relieve su carácter moral. Estas anotaciones se tendrán en cuenta cuando se trate de apreciar la conducta y posible reforma de los presos.
