ÓRGANOS DE DIRECCIÓN, COORDINACIÓN Y EJECUCIÓN DE LA POLÍTICA PÚBLICA EN MATERIA DE ASISTENCIA, ATENCIÓN Y REPARACIÓN A LAS VÍCTIMAS. Para la formulación y adopción de las políticas, planes generales, programas y proyectos para la asistencia, atención y reparación a las víctimas de las violaciones contempladas en el artículo 3° de la presente Ley, la inclusión social, la atención a grupos vulnerables y la reintegración social y económica, se creará una institución de primer nivel de la Administración Pública, del sector central, de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional.
