La suprema dirección y administración de la Empresa se ejercerán por la Junta Directiva, la cual estará integrada por el Ministro de Correos y Telégrafos, quien la presidirá, y por cuatro miembros más, designados por el Presidente de la República. El periodo dentro del cual han de ejercer sus funciones los cuatro miembros distintos del Ministro de Correos y Telégrafos será el de un año. El Ministro de Correos y Telégrafos podrá delegar su representación en la Junta a empleados superiores de su inmediata dependencia.
