º. Asignaciones Presupuestales . En los presupuestos de los próximos diez años no podrán asignaren partidas inferiores a las señaladas a la vigencia del 1973 para la atención y pago de las funciones y servicios que por este Decreto se traspasan al Fondo. Carecerán de validez los acuerdos mensuales de ordenación de gastos que durante el periodo señalado se elaboren sin incluir en ellos tales partidas.
