El que de cualquier modo atente contra la propiedad de plantíos o sembrados o los dañe o penetre en cultivo ajeno para apropiarse de cosechas en todo o en parte, destruya o deteriore cercas, setos, vallados u otras defensas de las propiedades, incurrirá en relegación a la colonia agrícola de seis (6) meses a cuatro (4) años. Cuando el atentado, daño u apropiación fuere de poca importancia la medida aplicable será multa de veinte a cien pesos.
