Control y seguimiento. El Departamento Nacional de Planeación exigirá a los órganos y entidades del orden Nacional, para la aprobación y registro de los proyectos de inversión en el Banco de Proyectos, el concepto previo favorable de la Agencia Nacional Inmobiliaria Virgilio Barco Vargas, cuando se trate de proyectos situados en la ciudad de Bogotá, relacionados con la adquisición de terrenos o la construcción o adquisición de edificaciones para sedes administrativas”.
