Art. 187. Si por soborno o cohecho se ejecutare algún fraude, tanto el sobornante como el sobornado sufrirán reclusión por uno a dos años y suspensión de los derechos de ciudadanía por cuatro a ocho años; sin perjuicio de las penas que merezcan por el fraude cometido.
