El artículo 51 del Decreto 2746 de 1984, quedará así: "Artículo 51. Las multas que se impongan de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en este Decreto, se harán efectivas administrativamente y su valor ingresará al Tesoro Municipal respectivo cuando sean impuestas por las autoridades municipales, y al Fondo especial de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, cuando sean impuestas por esta Entidad, y se destinarán a atender los gastos que demanda la fiscalización y vigencia de las pesas y medidas".
