Artículo único. Apruébense la Convención referente a las Exposiciones Internacionales, su Protocolo y el Protocolo de firma, suscritos en Paris el 22 de noviembre de 1928:

"Los infrascritos, Plenipotenciarios de los Gobiernos que se enumeran aquí más adelante, reunidos en conferencia en Paris del 12 al 22 de noviembre de 1928 han convenido, de común acuerdo y bajo reserva de ratificación, en las disposiciones siguientes:
