TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo tercero. A partir del 1° de enero de 1958 hasta el treinta y uno de diciembre de 1959, y como contribución al desarrollo de un plan de compra de tierras para parcelar, con destino a los cultivadores de tabaco, suministro de vivienda barata y demás obras que hagan económicamente exportables estas parcelaciones, los fabricantes de cigarrillos nacionales consignarán en el Banco de la República y a la orden del Instituto Nacional de Fomento Tabacalero, la suma de un cuarto de centavo ($ 0.0025) por cada cajetilla de diez y ocho (18) cigarrillos. Cuando la cajetilla contuviere más de diez y ocho (18) cigarrillos, o menos, pagarán proporcionalmente.
