PROHIBICION A SOCIEDADES SUBORDINADAS.
El artículo 262 del Código de Comercio quedará así:
Artículo 262. Las sociedades subordinadas no podrán tener a ningún título, partes de interés, cuotas o acciones en las sociedades que las dirijan o controlen. Serán ineficaces los negocios que se celebren, contrariando lo dispuesto en este artículo.
