El Gobierno conservará a los Oficiales de la Armada Nacional dentro del correspondiente Escalafón de actividad o de reserva, a fin de que los ascensos y llamamientos al servicio activo se hagan teniendo en cuenta su antigüedad y demás requisitos exigidos.
