El que falsifique o altere los nombres, señales, marcas o signos distintivos de los productos de cualquier industria, o haga uso de esos nombres, señales, marcas o signos alterados o falsificados, aunque sea por otro, será castigado con reclusión por veinte días a diez y ocho meses y multa de cinco a cien pesos.
