La contratación de crédito externo con no residentes o intermediarios del mercado cambiario para la financiación del margen o garantía inicial y el margen o garantía de mantenimiento exigido en las bolsas de futuros y opciones del exterior no requerirá la constitución del depósito de que trata el artículo 26 de esta resolución.
