Art. 7° Los capitanes o dueños de buques nacionales que tengan a su servicio marineros, grumetes u otra clase de domésticos granadinos, no podrán desembarcarlos contra su voluntad, ni dejarlos abandonados en nigun puerto o costa extranjera. Los que contravinieren a esta disposición incurrirán en la multa de mil seiscientos a tres mil reales sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad que haya lugar a solicitud de la parte lejítima, ante autoridad competente.
