Créase una Escuela Normal Agrícola para Varones que funcionará en la Cabecera del Municipio de Dagua. La Nación, a través del Ministerio de Educación, cooperará a la construcción del edificio para dicha normal, para lo cual destínasela suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 5.000.000.00)
