Fuentes de los recursos. Los recursos que integrarán los Fondos Territoriales Temporales, serán los siguientes:

Recursos propios de cada entidad territorial, de acuerdo con su disponibilidad presupuestal.

Recursos provenientes de convenios suscritos con las gobernaciones y entidades del Gobierno nacional.

Recursos de cooperación nacional o internacional, no reembolsables.

Donaciones.

Rendimientos financieros generados por los recursos entregados, los cuales se reinvertirán en el mismo Fondo.
