Son funciones de la Sección de Negociación Colectiva

Intervenir directamente en la solución de los conflictos colectivos de trabajo, una vez agotado el nivel departamental f

Preparar los documentos. e informes necesarios para la convocatoria y funcionamiento de los tribunales de arbitramento;

Sugerir las medidas tendientes a mejorar la legislación laboral, en materia de negociación colectiva, y

Preparar con destino a la División de Instrucción y Capacitación Laboral, el material didáctico relacionado con la negociación colectiva.
