Ar tículo 56. Ejecutoriedad de las providencias. Las providencias quedarán ejecutoriadas:

Cuando contra ellas no proceda ningún recurso.

Cinco (5) días hábiles después de la última notificación, cuando no se interpongan recursos o se renuncie expresamente a ellos.

Cuando los recursos interpuestos se hayan decidido.
