Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para hacer en la Ley de Apropiaciones respectiva, los traslados que estime conveniente, o para abrir los créditos necesarios, en caso de que el Municipio de Soledad (Atlántico) celebre una transacción con el señor D. Haller, sobre la cantidad que ese Municipio adeuda a ese señor, por razón de la construcción y ensanche del acueducto en dicha población y por

cuenta del auxilio que al referido acueducto acordó la Ley 34 de 1936 .
