El colombiano o el extranjero que resida en Colombia, y que en el tiempo de guerra suministre directa o directamente, al enemigo de ésta o a sus agentes, provisiones u otros medios que pudieran emplearse en prejuicio de Colombia, incurrirán en prisión o reclusión por ocho a cuarenta meses y multa de ciento a seiscientos pesos.
