º La conformación de la Junta Asesora de Selección Artística la determinará la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura dándole representación en todo caso al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y a Coldeportes. Igualmente le definirá el marco de acción dentro del cual ejercerá sus funciones.
