ARTICULO 9º. DEFINICION DE OPERADOR PARA EFECTOS DE LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO DE TELEFONIA MOVIL CELULAR. Se entiende por operador para efectos de la prestación del servicio de Telefonía Móvil Celular la persona jurídica, pública o privada que sea responsable de la gestión del Servicio de Telefonía Móvil Celular en virtud de concesión otorgada conforme a la Ley 37 de 1993, las normas que la complementen o modifiquen y el presente reglamento.
