Las firmas u organizaciones profesionales cuyas actividades comprendan alguna o algunas de las que conforme a la Ley correspondan al ejercicio de la profesión de economistas, deberán contar al efecto con un economista legalmente autorizado para ejercer y bajo cuya responsabilidad y firma se desarrollarán aquellas actividades.
