En caso de fallecimiento de personas sin identificación que requieran necropsia médico-legal, el funcionario que practica el levantamiento, a más de la descripción de las características físicas, anotará el estado de la dentadura, y ordenará al médico que realice la necropsia, examen y descripción de los dientes.

Parágrafo

Si en el sitio de las diligencias hay servicio odontológico oficial, al respectivo profesional le ordenará la práctica de la Carta Dental adoptado en la presente Ley.
