°. El artículo 11.2.1.5.1 del Decreto 2555 de 2010 quedará así: “Artículo 11.2.1.5.1. Comité de Posesiones. El Comité de Posesiones estará integrado por el Superintendente Financiero o su representante, el Superintendente Delegado Adjunto para Supervisión de Intermediarios Financieros y Seguros, el Superintendente Delegado Adjunto para Supervisión de Emisores, Administradores de Activos e Intermediarios de Valores, y los Superintendentes Delegados a cargo de estos últimos. El Comité de Posesiones decidirá sobre las solicitudes de posesión y revocatorias de posesión de quienes deban surtir este trámite en la entidad. El Superintendente Financiero señalará el reglamento al cual deberá sujetarse el Comité de Posesiones”.
