La asignación de las frecuencias para la operación de repetidoras en las bandas establecidas para el servicio de radioaficionado, se hará de acuerdo con el Plan Nacional de Frecuencias que expida el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, sin que por ello se constituya exclusividad alguna en desmendro del uso general de las frecuencias atribuidas al servicio.
