Inicio de la cuenta de alto costo . A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, las EPS de ambos regímenes y entidades obligadas a compensar ejecutarán todas las actividades previas inherentes a la conformación de la cuenta de alto costo, para que a partir del 1° de enero de 2008 comience su operatividad.
