Aceptación de las condiciones legales. En las propuestas los oferentes deberán manifiestar el cumplimiento de todas las condiciones legales requeridas para contratar, tales como existencia, capacidad, representación legal, no estar incursos en inhabilidades e incompatibilidades, propiedad o derecho de uso de patentes y marcas. Previamente a la suscripción del contrato, el proponente seleccionado deberá acreditar el cumpliento de todos estos requisitos, conforme a lo previsto en la ley.
