º. Adicionar las siguientes funciones al artículo 6º del Decreto 1141 de 1999

Elaborar los proyectos de ley, decretos y resoluciones relacionados con las actividades del sector minero-energético y de hidrocarburos.

Las demás funciones que le sean asignadas de conformidad con la naturaleza de la dependencia y las que le señalen las normas legales.
