Funciones del Consejo del SDJE. El Consejo del SDJE tendrá las siguientes funciones:

Conocer el informe de gestión anual del SDJE presentado por el (la) Director(a) de la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado y proponer correctivos cuando sea necesario.

Formular líneas generales y recomendaciones para el adecuado funcionamiento del SDJE.

Adoptar el Plan de Prevención, Gestión y Defensa Jurídica del Estado.

Darse su propio reglamento.

Las demás que le señale la ley.
