Art. 1.° La pensión alimenticia concedida por la lei 44 del año próximo pasado a la viuda e hijos del Coronel Gabriel Gutiérrez de Piñeres, no cesará para las hijas de este, Julia, Amelia, Elisa i María, sino en el caso de matrimonio; i la parte de cada uno de los agraciados por dicha lei, que por virtud de lo dispuesto en ella i en la presente cesare de percibir, acrecerá a los demas que hubieren de continuar gozándola.
